		<description>Can you tell the gold rate accurately ?  No. You cannot.  It differs every day (also every minute).  In the same way the US$ rate and INR will also fluctuate.  If the currency rates are constant, then why they are traded in stock exchanges  ?

Like shares and gold, currency rate also differs every minute and for every transaction.
