		<description>the highest value currency in circulation world wide is the dinar.  it is the currency of the country of  Kuwait.  the value of the dinar is 3.5 times more than the dollar value.  the biggest note they print is the 20 dinar.  hope this helps.</description>

 Currently, the Norwegian Kroner takes the cake. 1 Kroner buys nearly 2x the amount of &#34;stuff&#34; a USD will buy. For instance, a Big Mac in the US Costs $3.57. In Norway, it would cost $6.89. This means that Americans are poor in Norway and Norwegians are Rich in America. As such, their currency is more valuable than the US Dollar.  

 Remember, Purchasing Power Parity is 100x more important than the exchange rate.</description>
