What country is this currency from?

I think it could be from Ireland or Rome. Plz help and it is of 1910 so does it has any worth like an artifect or for any coin or money collectors, if yes can any1 give me an estimated price and explain the process of how currency like this one could be sold and who can be the interested buyers.     it’s difficult to make an assessment over the internet based on a video.. you need to take it to the appraiser..

    The lettering is Russian (Cyrillic Alphabet). Probably a note printed in Russia before the 1918 revolution (maybe an interesting artifact to someone), but I am unable to translate it for you to learn which region it is from.

    I suggest you try posting the same question and link in the "Travel, Europe(continental), Russia" category, and see what happens.

  3. russia. the big letters say "sto rublia", that is 100 rubles.
    i would say it’s worth $ 15 or less.
