I suggest you to try Marketiva. They do not accept paypal at the moment but their minimum deposit is just 1$ and they give you 5$ free to start trading.
Please visit http://www.brokers4forex.com/preferred-forex-brokers/marketiva-trade-forex-with-5-free.html
You can also try with Etoro, that accepts paypal and their minimum deposit is 50$: http://www.brokers4forex.com/preferred-forex-brokers/etoro-online-forex-trading-platform.html
