Discussion of Forex Trading and Currency Trading

I am wondering, which determines that a particular country should have the right to print this much currency?

I always use to wonder who has the right to decide, that how much currency bills should to printed and used for public :)

  1. Any nation can do what ever it wants with it currency, but if they are not responsible nobody will accepted it for payment, that is the market decides.

  2. Decision to "print" money is made by central bank. It is always a balance between too little money (=> no growth) and too much (=> inflation)

How much is too much? It is determined by the desire of people (in the country and outside) to accept the currency as mean of payment. Which is, in turn, determined by strength of the economy of the country.
