		<description>Any nation can do what ever  it wants with it currency, but if they are not responsible nobody will accepted it for payment, that is the market decides.</description>

How much is too much? It is determined by the desire of people (in the country and outside) to accept the currency as mean of payment. Which is, in turn,  determined by strength of the economy of the country.</description>
