I can’t understand the language of this currency?

i found three pieces of paper that i believe is tender.
one is worth 200.. under it is says (triangle-shape)BECTA and (upsidedown V)EBA
can someone identify this please?

  1. Best to send it. Sounds counterfeit.

  2. Looks like a Slavic language on the admittedly slender evidence of these two words. Dvesta means 200. The upside down V is a lambda like in the Greek alphabet and is an L-sound. So the words mean something like "200 levs" or "200 lions." Check out currencies on Google and see which countries have the lev as a unit of currency like the dollar. I know for instance that Bulgaria uses a currency called the lev.
