Foreign exchange is extremely volatile, so advising you is difficult. I can at least tell you that you will get ripped off at ANY airport if you're changing money. Their rates will be terrible and their commissions are *really* high.

The best to do is to check the rates at each local bank or money services.

However, even if you're being ripped off 10% of your money, that's still only a hundred bucks, so if you don't mind so much, you can just go to the airport and not bother too much about it.

Personally, I just use my VISA card and let the bank deal with the exchange rate. I'm probably getting ripped off myself... but it's the cost of comfort, I guess.

Definitely at a bank. The currency rates that you get the airport are terrible. All you'll need is your ID/passport.
