Forex robots are scams but if you want to try them out to justify this statement > find three and test their performance !

There are few Forex Robots or EA’s that are worthwhile. The few that are not advertised as the answer to all your financial problems.

But here’s the most important thing;
The best Forex Robot will wipe out your portfolio if you don’t have years of highly successful trading experience behind you. A FX Robot can’t perform the money management skills and be aware of the fundamental changes that happen in the market every day. Money Management in trading (especially highly leverage trading like FX) is actually more important to your success than picking the direction of a currency play.

Stay away from "Robots" or anything that implies that making money in FX is easy & quick.

A good forex robot for $200, $300? A good Forex Robot for $5000?
The biggest problem is that if you had a trading system/robot that was right 7 out 10 times would you bundle it up, market it and then spend enormous time trying to sell it for a few hundred bucks? No, because you would be busy trading it.

1) Whats your refund rate? Major question! What are refund terms 30 days, 60 days? You reckon you will know how successful a robot is after 30 days?
2) What brokers, if any, allow use of said automated robots? Some Brokers won’t, some platforms can’t.
3) What markets does it trade and time frames involved?
4) Profit history - Is this Hypothetical, Simulated over what time period months, years? Trending markets, ranging markets?
5) Small print small print small print ‘Past performance does not mean’ etc
6) Is it bait and run? i.e ‘limited number’ once sold, sellers gone..
7) Support Technical help etc

research the forums of this world and you will gain a better understanding.

IMO none of them works on the long term, but you can use reviews websites like forex top ten or forex reviewers or forex peace army to find the best one…

The Federal government warns there are a lot of Forex frauds out there, and these Forex robots appear to be one type of these scams. If these robots really worked, there would be scads of articles about them in the Wall Street Journal and other financial publications talking about them. When I do a web search, I can not find a single reputable news article encouraging the use of Forex robots. The link below is a Federal website warning you about Forex fraud.

There are a lot of people on the Internet claiming they have done very well using Forex robots. These appear to be of two types. One is the outright liars. For instance, you might meet a person called "Zboy227" who says "I made a lot of money using ScamRobot2000, go to their website at ScamRobot .com/Zboy227." The "/Zboy227" tells the website that Zboy227 has referred you. If you buy the product, Zboy227 gets a commission. He is only lying to you to get a commission.

There is a lot of luck in Forex. Sometimes you will run into people on the web who have tried a robot for a few days and have had some beginner’s luck with it. They start bragging about how well they have done. Later, they start to lose money, but they rarely get back on the web and talk about how much money they lost. People like to brag about their successes, but rarely talk about their losses. The result is that much of the feedback about these Forex robots is positive.

I may point out that websites that sell Forex robots admit there are a lot of scams out there. Of course they claim the other guy’s robot is a scam, but their robot works. If you do a web search on the words "forex robot" and "scam" you will find a lot of sites saying their competitors are scams.

I will admit I have not personally tested every robot out there, and I can not prove they are all scams. But I would be very hesitant to spend a lot of money on a robot without clear proof it really works.

Yes. The above author has likely not tried "any" Forex robot or even traded the Forex market before. Though the assessment is at least somewhat correct. The problem is how it falls under the make money online category, etc. The people who are looking for something that easy in Forex are those who often get scammed. Though a big part of the problem is that many EA’s sell their products through vendors, so often times the pitch pages are just that, and very heavy. It’s hard not to be suspicious.
