It is a $1000 peso coin that has a picture of a woman on the front with the phrase "juana de asbaje" on the front. On the back it has the seal of mexico with the phrase ‘estados unidos mexicanos"

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but a 1991 Mexico 1000 Pesos coin was demonetized in 1993; however, the coin may retail as a collectible for $0.85US in VF-20; $2US in XF-40; $3US or more if like new, and a proof coin might be worth much more than that. The coin in the first link below might retail for about $1US. I hope that helps.
