It is illegal to place any living person on our currency so no he can’t be placed on currency during his lifetime.

next week, they are changing both the one dollar bill and the twenty dollar bill
one will feature Obama wearing a lei, the other will feature him in a distinguished looking business suit

Pictures of him are in Urinals all over the World already. He might get a picture on a fake $3 bill, as would be fitting.
