I would say to US dollars, as it is accepted every where in the world.

The answer would be to short it against the currency that’s going up strongly. Haha but that is the mystery. But seriously look at the daily chart on EUR/CAD. It’s been dropping like a rock for over a year. Plus just last week the USD and CAD came to parity, the CAD is getting strong against many currencies and the EUR is falling against many. Good luck!
