I was looking at some clothes and then quickly realized that it was in EUR only. If I have say $400 in the bank, and i buy something like 35 E. Will the bank swap them money to make it that currency?

I work at a bank and we don’t do that. So probably no.

Where are these clothes that are in euros ? I guess on the internet ? If you pay by credit card, the banks make the exchange.
