Hi All:
Euro is $1.23 to the US Dollar today. I have a huge tuition bill that need to pay in euros. Anyone know of a reliable place to look for a current forecast of whether the euro is likely to get weaker or stronger? I thinkt he consensus is weaker, but it is quite weak already.

There is no reliable place. Every forecast is based on assumptions. do the transaction whenever you feel comfortable with the price to pay.

There really isnt any single place that will give you your answer. Reading the daily paper to get updates on the situation in europe will probably help.
Otherwise I suggest visiting pages like bloomberg or other financials website which give opinions on where the euro might end up. If you are worried about the Euro you can hedge against it but there is risk there too.
My own opinion is that the trouble in europe is only the beginning and that i think there is a chance that it will head towards Euro1 to USD1.10. Chances of par are also there but I think if it does hit that then other major markets are on the way to another crash.

The Euro is way overdue for a bounce; more likely every day, like now.
Maybe buy half now and half when due.
