  1. I’m not sure you can find data that encompasses 30 years, but here’s a snapshot

    1. Nauru –3.6%
    2. San Marino -1.5
    3. Burkina Faso -0.2
    4. Japan 0.1
    5. Niger 0.1
    6. Kiribati 0.2
    7. Brunei 0.4
    8. Israel 0.5
    9. Switzerland 0.7
    10. Norway 0.8

  2. The Yuan or Renminbi or Chinese curency.

  3. Over the last 20 years it has probably been Japan and maybe they have also been lowest for the last 30. although they had 20% inflation in the 1980’s most countries were higher.
