the us dollar is often used by many countires going into hytperiflation as it has a value, ie 1 us dollar = 60 cents nz roughly

so your currency would have no value as the supply would be very low (low being under millions of notes) also for currency to be of value it needs to be either intrinsic (ie made of gold) or fiat (worht by law) thats what legal tender is

also no one would want to take your currnecy in exchange for lets say us dollars as they know that no one else wants to swap it with them for goods or serivecs...

..so to sum up, no you cant make your own as there are several factors that would make it worthless to others in trade ect</description>
