Airports always charge a hefty fee. They rob people. A bank in the city downtown (in Seoul?) would be a better place to get exchange. At the airport get only what you need for a day or till you visit the bank. Do call a bank before hand. :-P Good luck. Alternatively, look at purchasing with a credit card - again check fees first. Otherwise change a small amount at the airport and check out a few banks when you hit town.
