Hey, i read a forex enterprise review on google. Is it really that good ? Please guide me.?

I read a review on forex enterprise review yesterday.
I am very judicious while spending my money , so I have been contemplating to buy forex enterprise for a long time.. but i cannot make up my mind….

Marking, stamping, writting on US Currency?

I know it's against the law to mark US currency, but some people still seem to do it. I am a registered user on WheresGeorge.com. I'm addicted to the web site, and I think it's interesting to find out where the money travels to. I know theres dollars out there marked with WheresGeorge.com on them.
This is my question. Do you think some people marking US currency will become more of a problem later in the future? Do you think some people marking US currency is a problem now?

If foreign currency inflow soars, Central Bank can do nothing to maintain REER?

Even when Central Bank buys all the inflow to keep nominal exchange rate, that leads to an increase in local currency money supply => inflation happens => Real Effective Exchange Rate still rises.
So, there are no ways to keep REER?
Export depends wholly on REER (not the nominal)? So, export will definitely drop?
